The Winter Storage Package includes the following:
- Store fenders, docking lines and shore power cables in cockpit.
- Unplug Batteries
- Remove top, store in boat cabin
- Pressure wash bottom of boat
- Shrink wrap (not included for sailboat)
- Block boat and Storage
Creg Quay Marina Inc. cannot guarantee a time frame for shrinking of boats longer than 36 ft and Flybridges longer than 34 ft choosing to be hauled out after October 15th. Creg Quay Marina Inc. is not responsible for any damages caused to boats and accessories if the owner has decided to have the vessel hauled out after October 15th. Creg Quay cannot ensure that the shrinking will be able to be done in time to avoid damages on these vessels and accordingly all damages are at the owner's risk.
All customers signing a Winter Program must sign a copy of the Winter Storage Package Regulation.
Spring Launch 2011
- Put the boat on the hydraulic trailer (crane for sailboat)
- Launch the boat.
Not included in Winter Storage Package
All winterizing of motors, water system, stern drive and accessories, mast and de-mast, storage of batteries, haul and launch. The marina will not take responsibility for batteries left on the boat over the winter. We offer these and other individual services at an hourly rate* plus parts and taxes. We recommend that you discuss these and other preventative maintenance issues as outlined by your manufacturer with our Service and Repair Team.
