The Annual Plus Package includes the following:
  • Summer Dockage
  • Bring boat to ramp
  • Haul out and launch with hydraulic trailer (crane for sailboats)
  • Store fenders, docking lines and shore power cables in cockpit.
  • Unplug batteries
  • Remove top, store in boat cabin
  • Pressure wash bottom of boat
  • Shrink wrap (not included for sailboat)
  • Block boat
Not included in the Annual Plus Packagee

All winterizing of motors, water system, stern drive and accessories, mast and de-mast, storage of batteries, pump-outs are not included. We offer these and other individual services at an hourly rate* plus parts and taxes. We recommend that you discuss these and other preventative maintenance issues as outlined by your manufacturer with our Service and Repair Team.

The following information or documents are essential for us to register your boat and properly inform you about our marina and its activities.

All docks (contracts) must be renewed on or prior to October 1, 2010, otherwise your dock will be made available.

  1. Three post-dated cheques or a credit card number must be in Creg Quay Marina's possession at the time of signing.
  2. You must sign a Winter Storage Package even though you have an Annual Plus Package.
  3. When signing your contract with us, please provide us with the following information:
    • Copy of the declaration page of your vessels insurance policy showing a minimum of $2,000,000.00 liability coverage.
    • Copy of the boat registration and its registration number.
    • Serial numbers of the hull, motors and stern drives.
    • Your email address so that we may forward information to you.
    • Signed waiver for trailer/cradle with licence plate number when applicable.

Loyalty Discount
Loyalty Discount for each consecutive year that you are part of the Creg Quay family, you will get a 1% discoutn up to 5%. This applies only if you reserve your dock prior to October 1, 2010. Discounts as follows:

2nd year = 1% 3rd year = 2% 4th year = 3% 5th year = 4%
6 years or more = 5%

Mechanical rate $74.25/hour.
